In addition, the services companies (primarily ALCS) hire a wide variety of professionals to support the operating companies in the areas of Research and Development, Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Systems, Government & Regulatory Affairs, Safety Health & Environmental, Procurement, Finance and Tax.

No, once you have submitted your resume, it is attached to the job position and cannot be modified.

While every position is different, salaried positions typically take 90 days to fill (from date requisition was posted to date job offer was accepted).

Yes, job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of both a background check and a drug test.

Yes, most of our companies participate in enterprise-wide leadership development programs such as Discovery Days, Leadership Journey for New Managers and an Executive Leadership Forum. We also provide functional development programs such as Territory Sales Managers Foundations and an Engineering Leadership Development Program. We offer a very generous education reimbursement program for eligible salaried employees.
